I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but there were a few issues like the wardrobe and bathroom fixtures that needed attention. The private rooftop area with an ocean view for disabled people was a unique touch. The location was superb, right by the beach with easy access to shops and restaurants. The service was mostly excellent, with some staff going the extra mile to help, but there were a few minor maintenance concerns that I felt could have been addressed better.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are roomy yet cozy, offering the perfect home away from home feeling with partial ocean views. The service was efficient and communicative, ensuring our stay was smooth. The location is unbeatable, right on Kings Beach with beautiful walks along the boardwalk, perfect for swimming, surfing, and enjoying great food. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious homemade rolls and a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are right in the middle of the rear tower, offering the best view of the ocean. They are spacious, open-planned, and I particularly enjoyed the spa shutters that could open up to see the ocean. The layout was functional and everything I needed was available. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The staff was very communicative and considerate, ensuring our check-in and cleaning days went smoothly. However, the initial welcome could have been warmer. They made sure not to disrupt our stay and were prompt in offering repairs or upgrades when needed.

The location couldn't be better, right on Kings Beach with easy access to beautiful walks and close to the shops on Bulcock Street. However, the parking area was a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles, and the water/slush overflow was not a pleasant sight behind our vehicle.
